Hiring principles

Our hiring process is designed around three principles: transparency, speed, and respect for the candidate's time. Every candidate should know exactly what to expect, and no process should take longer than 2 weeks end-to-end.

Take-home exercises

For engineering and design roles, we use a take-home exercise with a 4-hour time box.
